A company’s strength is known through the deeds they do with a belief that they are trying to give something back to society. At Dexters, we realize our responsibility towards the social cause and have pledged on doing our best to contribute to the advancement and development of humankind and society.

  • Set Up health check camps at orphanages and old age homes in collaboration with well-trained doctors. Identify and give solutions for their physical and mental and emotional health problems.
  • Local beautification and cleanliness drive: Our surroundings reflect in our behaviors and moods. We understand this and so have planned on working with a few NGOs on the beautification and cleanliness of our environment. 
  • With wall art, picking up plastic waste on roads and the likes we would give our hand to make the surroundings sustainable. 
  • We have collaborated with a few government schools to organize a few guest sessions and visits to expand the knowledge and importance of logistics and supply chain industries. This idea is to educate the children about the basics and create awareness about different career paths for their future.

  • Support and encourage cultural arts: Along with the educational visits in government schools we also plan to inculcate the creative minds of the students by organizing company programs wherein the children have time to portray their talents and allow them to perform on stage and boost their creativity. 
  • Strike a balance in nature: Though beautification is an important aspect, maintaining a balance in nature also holds an important point. 
  • Hence, we at Dexter’s organize Tree Plantation sessions after equal intervals, to refresh the minds of our employees by giving a hand at creating a greener environment. 
  • Workplace safety and environment workshops: It is important to maintain a healthy balance in the workplace environment. We understand the need for equality and workplace harmony and keep open sessions for increasing the awareness on these topics and break the stereotypes of high and low authorities through them.
